Supervise the operation of facility systems and utilities supply. ? Set up facility preventive maintenance plan and follow up implementation. ? Supervise and tracking daily repair work by from（ property management company ）PMC on site. ? Lead sustainability work such as energy saving etc. ? Punch list tracking during warranty of projects. ? Supervise the PMC technician team. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES ? Supervise the operation of facility systems and utilities supply, make sure all system operate in good condition and fulfil academic team requirement. ? Set up and form the most appropriate facility preventative maintenance plan and follow up implementations, ensure all maintenance work finished on time with satisfactory results which is supported by strong data analysis to verify the work quality. ? Directly supervise PMC technician team, include but not limited as daily work plan, work orders trace, workload balance and evaluate their performance. ? Ensure calibration of all critical instruments are performed properly by vendors. ? Project punch list tracking during the warranty period. ? Check and ensure all special equipment inspection and testing are valid according to law and regulation. ? Evaluate the performance of related vendors and make recommendations for improvement to consistently elevate service standards. ? Follow and update facility management procedure and process, WI, SOP, etc. ? Supervise and monitoring swimming pool and water maintenance and inspection according to Chinese codes. ? Supervise and monitoring landscape vendor, ensure campus landscape tidy and in good condition, keep meadows green all over the year. ? Follow and update energy saving and data analysis ? Handle requirements from academic team. ? Take daily safety patrol on site, report findings. ? Emergency response. ? Any other tasks assigned by line manager.
