Responsibilities: 主要職責
1. Full vehicle target setting, subsystem and component level target cascading from full vehicle targets;
制定整車動力學和相關子系統、零部件級的目標；
2. Prepare and build simulation models;
準備并搭建仿真模型；
3. Validate and/or correlate models using test data;
利用測試數據驗證或關聯相關模型；
4. Analyse simulation results to optimize vehicle dynamics performance;

5. Technical communication with customers in terms of discussion of technical proposal and project execution to ensure the project objectives are fulfilled and reporting.
與客戶保持技術溝通包括技術方案的安排和項目執行的進程與后續跟進以確保項目的完成性。

Requirements: 任職要求
1. Bachelor’s engineering Degree or above in Mechanical or Automotive;
本科及以上機械或車輛等工科相關專業學歷；
2. More than 1 years' working experience in related area;
一年及以上相關崗位工作經驗；
3. Expertise in using MultiBody software packages: ADAMS. Experience with other software such as CarMaker, CarSim or Simulation tools like Matlab/Simulink will be an asset;
熟練使用多體動力學軟件ADAMS，有使用其他軟件如CarMarker, CarSim, Matlab, Simulink經驗者優先；
4. Proactive and self-motivated, analytical and creative skills. Able to share new ideas and provide technical solutions;
積極主動有活力，具備分析和創造能力，能夠分享新想法和提供技術方案；
5. Good Communication skill both in English and Mandarin;
良好的中英文溝通能力，
6. Open to travel.
