**Job Summary:**
We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented E-commerce Executive to join our E-commerce team in Shanghai. This key role will mainly support our JD platform operations and work closely with the supply chain team to ensure accurate inventory management and tracking. It will also support the overall online channels for system execution. The ideal candidate will possess 1-2 years of relevant experience, particularly with JD platforms, and will play a vital role in enhancing our online commercial initiatives.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Provide ongoing support for the JD platform, troubleshooting any issues that arise and ensuring smooth system operations.
- Act as a liaison between the supply chain team and JD media team, facilitating effective communication and collaboration.
- Collaborate with the supply chain team to conduct regular inventory reviews and maintain accurate tracking of stock levels on the JD platform.
- Leverage the Loreal system for manual input tasks, including the weekly and monthly placement of orders, material reviews, and delivery tracking for all online channels.
- Facilitate the transition to the WEDA and Apex systems for the maintenance of sampling and packaging materials, as well as for order placement and the delivery process.
- Assist with My Market initiatives related to material forecasting and production purchase order creation to support all online channels.- Support the transition to the MDM system, which includes but is not limited to customer information creation and maintenance, shipping information, and FG discounts, among others.
- Ensure all necessary paperwork, including contracts, agreements, invoices, and ticket bookings, is completed and accurately maintained.
- Participate in meetings to provide updates on inventory status and system functionalities, contributing to strategic planning and decision-making.
**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in e-commerce, with a strong preference for candidates with experience on JD platforms.
- Familiarity with the Loreal system and a basic understanding of JD media operations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to work effectively in a team environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.、
