Develop and propose scientific safety strategies for key ingredient innovation using New Approach Methodologies.
Participate in interdisciplinary project teams and provide sound scientific solutions when potential safety issues are addressed.
Work with management on issues related to safety in terms of company responses and positions on our ingredients and products.
Continually support the grow of young talents in the nonclinical expertise focusing on the Next Generation Risk Assessment.
Interact with regional key regulatory bodies as a nonclinical safety expert on registrations, data requirements, and new emerging regulations with potential business impact.
Represent the company in scientific organizations, academia workshops, and professional association taskforces, focusing on the new alternative approaches developing and non-animal methodologies promotion.
